What kind of oil should I use?: Any oil or butter works, but we recommend those with a high smoke point, such as avocado or grapeseed oil.

Do I need to use oil or butter?

Yes—just a little! While our ceramic coating lets you bake and roast with less oil than traditional pans, adding a small amount of oil or butter is essential to protect the surface and improve performance. It also extends the life of your Bakeware.
