Can I put my pans in the dishwasher?: Hand wash only!

Dishwashers can be harsh on the non-stick surface.

For best results, clean your pans with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge.

It’s the best way to keep them looking and performing like new.

Do I need to use oil or butter?

Yes—just a little! While our ceramic coating lets you bake and roast with less oil than traditional pans, adding a small amount of oil or butter is essential to protect the surface and improve performance. It also extends the life of your Bakeware.

What kind of oil should I use?

Any oil or butter works, but we recommend those with a high smoke point, such as avocado or grapeseed oil. These help prevent smoking, burning, and residue that can build up on your pans. Avoid using oil sprays or cooking aerosols to preserve the coating.
